I really loved the design and idea of this clamp because the clamp locks and goose neck part is sturdy. I was very disappointed that after a few uses a internal plastic o ring snapped (for literally no reason) and that o ring is integral because it's what keeps the head in the position you set it in. After it broke it'd just hang, and ball joint was so loose the head the clamp part would separate from the wire part. I wrote the company about the issue (it was a little after my Amazon return window) and they got back to me right away and sent me a replacement RIGHT away. I was thrilled with their customer service and ability to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently with very little extra effort on my part. I reccomend this product, just be careful and aware that the o ring is plastic and thin. But it's a fabulous clamp and great design. It's design is so much better than other on the markets. It stays in place in awkward angles and makes verticle viewing from bed or while laying down lovely because you know the clamp is locked and it won't slip or fall on to your face.
