Some of the "negative" reviews are correct in stating this arm is very stiff when it comes to needing to adjust the position of the arm vertically however after having tried cheaper options on Amazon I personally love this design.Cheaper options with the springs are incredibly loud when adjusting and I always found them too weak to hold a 12 inch tablet, this tablet has absolutely no issues with my 12 inch Lenovo and I even bought a second one which holds my 15 inch external Innocn OLED monitor!(For those wondering I've found it can hold 15 inch external monitors just fine, the grabbing part can extend that far.)In my opinion, aesthetically it outperforms the competition and has a very "Apple" like presentation, it oozes premium and visually presents it's self that way to without being too crazy price wise.In conclusion, if it's vital to you that you can adjust the rotation and position of the tablet vertically with just one hand very often then you may have issues with this design. However, if you're someone tired of weak desk mounts you're going to love this one.I can understand it's a little pricier than the cheap options but if you want no concerns in my opinion this product is a no brainer and the price increase is worth it.
