I usually like to wait 2 to 4 weeks to write a review to make sure the product is working properly and not have to update my review later. How ever with this item I'll do differently and here's why.1) It shipped SUPER quick. They said it would take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery but it arrived in 2 days.2) It only took me 20 mins to put together with out the instructions. It was in the box I just didn't use it because it wasn't needed. Not to mention I'm almost blind so I wouldn't have been able to see it anyways. With that said it's so easy to put together that if I a visually impaired person can do it in 20 mins any one can.I have admit this is a beautiful chair. Will it withstand the rest of time? Only time will tell. Simply because although the chair looks speaking to the eyes. When you touch it and sit on it, it feels flimsy. Any the footrest the lever that controls the hight and the gas chamber are made of metal. Everything else is made of plastic, witch is something I don't really like.Is it enough to take off some stars? No, plastic can be sturdy if done right, and like I said only time will tell.Something else I don't like is that the chair goes down a slightly under the weight when you sit on it and it's up. I'm wondering if it's a defect or if it's meant to be like that.I can't says much about the seat cushion because I haven't sat on this chair for too long but for the hour I was on it the hair felt comfortable. Not like other chairs I've owned that after 30 mins you need a break form it. The cushion is made out cloth witch will prove to butt overheating, a plus in my book. I'll have to give it a 4 or 5 hour test to see how it feels after a while.The lumbar support system is also plastic how ever I didn't find any issues with it.Over all even though I'm giving it 5 star rating I'm not 100 present satisfied. I think it should have been $10 to $15 cheaper because of the plastic it's made out of. I definitely would have would have been happier if I have gotten a discount on it or something.With that said I'll keep you guys updated if anything happens to the chaos.
