Overall good desk. But I bought it because the dimensions said the height was 23.6 inches. I wanted a desk that would go as low as 24 inches since I am around 5 feet tall. The actual height only goes as low as 29 inches so it’s large for me.I work from home and needed a bigger desk. I use two monitors and a laptop and this holds all of that perfectly! The up and down feature works perfectly! It’s easy to install I think.( I just watched haha) definitely recommendGot this for my fiancées classroom and she loves it. Works well and good qualityThis table is everything that I hoped it would be. Installation was reasonably easy. The table is quite stable, and I have two laptops and a 32" monitor on it. The height change works smoothly, with presets. No issues. Admittedly, I am not a heavy user of the height adjustment yet, but it seems to be working fine when I do use it.Super easy install..only took me 1 hour. The video they posted helped me install quicker than most people. The quality of the desk is amazing. Very happy!I have to admit I am blown away by this desk! I am a big guy at 6ft 9in tall so I was really just looking for a desk I could adjust in the seated position, but I was shocked to find out this raises high enough for me to actually work comfortably standing up! and its sturdy! At full height it doesn't move around when typing or working! Assembly was a cinch, I just watched the assembly video provided on the page along with pictures. It was a cinch. It didn't have the holes for the controller, but I liked that because I put it were I prefer it be rather than where they show it. It didn't need predrilled holes, it was easy enough to screw it down wherever I wanted it to. I have a small space for my desk so this size was perfect and gives me plenty of desk space to work! I love this desk. In addition I also have the VIVO dual monitor mount and that frees up so much desk space. All this and such a great price for a fully adjustable electric sit stand desk! I am telling everyone I know about it. Highly recommend!The desk is nice but I've been getting error messages left and right. It would be great to know what they mean without having to call support. Having barely used the product to raise it once I have gotten a message saying HOT. Then I have received E20 every other time either on lift off or coming down. Its like the left side is struggling to come down at the same time as the right.Edit: Dec 19th. After hitting submit I realized I do have list of error messages which is in separate manual for controller. Also, I need to level the desk which I will wait to do when I receive the caster wheels. My only complaint is that the motor was not positioned correctly so you could attach the rod and insert it at the other end. I had to wait to complete that part until I could plug it in. Then screwing the frame to the desktop was a nightmare. They should tell you not to tighten any of the screws until you've inserted them all as you may need to shift the frame to align with the predrilled holes.I love this desk because it fit really well in a compact space and still had enough space for two monitors, a docking station, keyboard, laptop and mouse. Additionally, there is room to work on documentations. I am happy with my purchase. The desk is ergonomically designed so it’s helps with my posture.I bought this product under size constraints and a budget defined by my employer for a sit&stand desk. For that, there were only 2 options out of 10 in Amazon (8 were 1" larger). And this one was closer to the desired size.The product looks nice, and works as intended, I set the sit and the standing positions and saved them in memory.I cannot report about durability, since I assembled it yesterdayAssembly instructions are better than most you can find, however, there are shortcomings:First disappointment was that the desktop was cut in halves for shipping (my mistake as you can see that in one picture). Nonetheless, it would have been better for the manufacturer to ship flatter boxes, arranging the frame parts to protect the tabletop, instead of diminishing the finishing of the product.- You are supposed to tighten the bolts well enough to support the desk plus 80Kg. In step 2, one of the nuts in the bottom of the motor leg has the threads stripped. The bolt doesn't tighten, just spins, which leaves the desk relying on 7 bolts- Step 3: one of the vibration dampers was deformed, happily they included extra in a separate bag.- Step 4. The screw to connect the sync rod to the motor eats into the plastic. Either improve the design/quality of the motor shaft coupler, or limit the run of the screw from threading deeper. At the very least put a warning in the instructions. I didn't damage it, because I was slowly and consciously doing the assembly.After this step I noticed the legs were not flat, I had to flex it until I found better alignment- Step 6: 2 of the screw holes were not initiatedEasy to put together once I finally found the time, however, top does not go up and down as it should, in fact, not at all. Box was not really in very good shape when I received, so returning was not really an option for a heavy product like this. VIVO promised to send these replacement parts MANY weeks ago and still nothing. Clearly just told me that to appease at the time.....very disappointing customer service, leaving me no choice but to submit this negative review.L'emballage est vraiment génial, genre assez que même si les pattes seraient en porcelaine et la table en vitre et ça serait tout de même impossible qu'une pièce arrive endommagé par le transport.Je ne suis pas fan du panneau en deux parties pour ce qui est du look mais ça ne dérange pas ma blonde et je dois dire que les 3 plaque de métal et les 20 visses qui tienne le tout en un bloc sont très rassurant. Rien ne va bouger à ce niveau. J'aimerais le même système avec des planches massive plutôt qu'en particule. J'espère que je n'aurai pas de problème avec ce qui visse dans le panneau (une chance que l'on a pris un support à clavier avec pince, un système vissé n'aurait jamais fonctionné).Pour le reste, la quincaillerie, les pattes en métal, les caoutchouc anti-vibration, le fonctionnement silencieux et en douceurs… ça respire la qualité.Je ne sais pas si le moteur et l'électronique son résistant.J'espère qu'il passera l'épreuve du temps.I dont need more than 2 presets and the motor is quiet. I find since i have 2 monitors attached to arms, when I type sitting it wobbles a lot, but overall this is a great desk. it's also a lot smaller than my previous desk but I made it workI figure if I don't want a desk that makes my monitors wobble when I type is to get a desk with a centre bar.. but I think I would just hit my knees in it all the timeI have only had this desk for one day but so far my experience has been extremely good. The assembly was very easy and made even easier with the clear instruction sheet.I was impressed during unboxing with the sturdiness of each piece and the ample powder coating on metal pieces.I knew ahead of time that the surface came in two halves and expected to simply screw them to the frame. So I was pleasantly surprised to see the three beefy metal plates that further strengthen the join.I have not tried out the memory feature yet as I am still fine-tuning my ideal sit and stand heights. But the control buttons are firm, not flimsy and there is no struggle in the motor when it does adjust the height.At some point, I will probably replace the surface with a single piece, but mainly because I want to shave about 10 cm off the width and depth to better fit my compact office space.
