Desk arrived and it was visible in good shape, packaging-wise. Went to assemble the desk and found the lag with the motor had an issue. The bracket which attaches to crossbeam was bent. I had to attach the desk mount beam in order to bend it back enough to get that screw in.Crossbeam needs markers for how wide to make it. The instructions are poor on this. Essentially built the frame on the desktop so there’d be some idea as to proper width. There are 4 wood screw holes and 20 wood screws. There are extra parts which make no sense for being there. There’s a bracket of some kind which has no known purpose. Parts list and instructions don’t show this being attached at all.So to manufacturer, for the price of the desk, hire someone’s kid to build proper instructions. Have your engineering team places some marks on crossbeam for proper distancing. Also have a better QC on parts. The bent part was visible in the box.Arrived quickly, in 2 boxes. And it is not dual motor as described in product summary. The is one motor on the right leg and a mechanical interconnect to the left leg. Not an issue if you do not cycle the desk up and down, but could be for those that do. Solid one piece desktop. Takes about 40 minutes to assemble even with half the instructions missing and the test sheet is virtually in comprehensible, but you can quickly figure out how to set the memory heights. Overall, very good value for the price.I have been looking around for deals on a decent desk for a while. This thing popped up after a few weeks of looking and I decided to just pull the trigger.I am amazed by the material composition quality for the price. I have had it for a month now without a complaint. It provides much more space than most desks, and is much cheaper than any available competitor. I do not use the sit stand function often as my PC is not wired to have the desk lift of now, it is nice to adjust a few inches up or down depending on your seating position. The one drawback was that the assembly is rather complex. It took me a few hours to have it together, however once it was done it felt sturdy and looks great. I generally don’t do this kind of thing but as someone who struggled to find a desk, and then took a gamble, I would like others to benefit from my discovery.I bought this chair for my work from home office because of its larger size (60"x30"). Overall it is average. It could be much better if they improve the following parts:1. Hexagonal rod that helps to adjust the height of the table: making about 4" on both sides and supporting rod much bigger to fit on the hexagonal rod. Because of the present size, it vibrating a lot during the raising height.2. Height adjuster: It is better to put a lock bottom, USB charger, and two power plugs.3. There should be some rubber pad at the bottom of the leg so that it does not damage the carpet.4. The hole for the power cords must be at the center of the table.5. There must be a screw to tighten the plate that put to carrier the cables.Feels very sturdy and like that the large desk top is one solid piece…some of the other desks I looked at the top was two pieces. The instructions could have been a little better. So far I am happy with the product. I really like the size of the desk. I am able to fit my work laptop with two 24” monitors and my personal laptop on the desk at the same time.Great product and excellent customer serviceIt was not complicated to put together but it is a bit meticulous. It is worth the effort though! The desk is sturdy and easy to assemble. Motor is quiet so noise is not an issue. Customer service quick to respond.
