So the package came well wrapped and protected. However they use granular Styrofoam, you know ... the kind that clings to clothes static and is impossible to pick up; pain in the you know what. Also, NO INSTRUCTIONS!! One star ding for that. Once I figured out the assembly, it comes together well. I use it as a pullout shelf in my pantry where we have the coffee maker and mini oven. Works great. I use the 500 mm version. I covered it with the same sticky covering as the shelves. So I the end I do recommend this shelf assembly. Looks great and very functional once up.
