This was shipped within two cartons, each on a separate day, and one needs both. Also, this requires at least two people and four hands, because one person cannot balance and put in hex screws simultaneously. But the effort was well worth it. Just a couple of additional notes: 1) the pencil holder only has one clip on the back, which isn't enough to keep it stable (the other holder had two); 2) the back piece arrived with slight dent even though it was well packaged, lucky that this was visible only from the back; 3) main box is EXTREMELY HEAVY, the table top required two people to lift it. But again, it is stable and we believe that our grandchild will love it!
