I have had this chair for a few weeks now and I am very pleased with it. It’s very comfortable.When I was reading the instructions on how to build it, it said that the protective cap needed to be removed. I mistakenly thought the orange piece was the protective cap as mine didn’t actually come with a protective cap on it. The advice in the instructions said that you could cut it down, so I went to work with a serrated knife cutting down the orange piece. I finally got the chair put together and was left disappointed because it did not go raise or lower as it should. I emailed the company and they were quick to get back to me with a response. They were very helpful and even sent me an entirely new chair at no charge. When putting the new one together, it DID have the black protective cap on it so I made sure to remove that and put it together properly this time. It works perfectly and raises and lowers as it should! Very impressed with the chair, but even more impressed with their customer service. They even sent me guide photos of the chair and how to remove one of the parts. See included pictures for the piece that you can remove and the piece SHOULD NOT remove.
