I am really enjoying this footrest!! First of all, this thing weighs absolutely nothing! It is so light that you can take it anywhere and everywhere. It is very easy and simple to use and the instructions are very clear. It has three different vibration settings. With an automatic shut-off of 15 minutes. With its two heat settings, it heats up just enough for you to feel it even through socks but not too much that you can't use it with your bare feet. It does wonders for the blood circulation of your legs and the heat timing can be adjusted as it has three timing options. The fabric material is super soft and I love the fact that you can take it out and wash it. The bottom has these little silicone-type dots that make it secure and non slip. The fact that you can adjust the height is such a convenient feature.
