This is great for bringing laptop up to eye level and also providing plenty of tilt options.I like that both the bottom base and top plate are solid aluminum, even though the middle stand is plastic. It requires assembly and i wish it used only bolts, but there are some screws that you have to screw into plastic so it's not something you can easily disassemble/reassemble.Otherwise it's been great and really sturdyThis laptop stand is super nice! I needed a stand to not only get my laptop out of my way and increase desktop space but to also make the screen level with my two displays. I can rest my wrist on my laptop to use the keyboard or mouse without pushing the whole thing down. I actually need two hands to adjust the height or positioning because it’s so sturdy. I feel like this could hold my laptop to standing desk height since my desk is already decently tall but I haven’t tried it yet. I also like that the foot print seems to be a lot smaller than other comparable stands. I can place things on the foot of the stand as well due to the structure and the fact that it is flat. The part that holds the laptop is also just the right size to also work for a tablet so I can interchange it. Overall probably the only on- desk stand I’ll ever need.This is good product, light weight and good as per description.Really wanted to love this but after a short period of use, the grips came off and so now my very small laptop slides off. Should have returned.I am disappointed in this unit. The base piece and the stand are both aluminum, but the center column which holds it all together is made of easily breakable plastic.It was all ok until you have to screw in the late 4 screws it feels like there to small and won’t fit, also the screwdriver that came with it is also to big for all the screws and pretty weak.Very sturdy and decently adjustable. My laptop doesn't wobble at all on it. Great for rising the screen to a more ergonomic height and to help with laptop ventilation. Main benefits of this design over other laptop stands is it has a very discreet profile (you can barely see it when the laptop is on it), and that it folds completely flat so it's easy to store and pack with my laptop (whereas other laptop stands I've used have giant bulky circle hinges).I bought a different brand a year (2020) earlier that cost about around $40 and I love it. I bought FOLD SILVER GREY for a small laptop (2021) I rarely use in the bedroom for around $16, it the cheapest one they have. I hate it. It's worthless to me. My bedroom laptop is the smallest you can get and it just slides off. I don't know how it's "adjustable", it's either up or down. I just saw that the one for $40 is now about $26, so I'm ordered it today (JUNE 2022). This one is going to the thrift store. It's been nothing but an aggravation, even though I rarely use it. Every time I look at it, it just ticks me off!
