I couldn't be any happier with my desk, overall great quality, and the memory functions are really useful.The bamboo cover looks and feels amazing, although I would've liked it if the cover had the holes already drilled.Besides the holes, it would be nice to have electric ports on the frame, if you don't have long cables they will probably get stretched, it's not a big deal but something I noticed.The customer service was also good and quick to answer, and best of all, they ship internationally.I was initially extremely impressed with this desk.Currently the desk is very troublesome (after about 3 years of light use): it frequently gets semi-stuck in a sloping position, so everything on top almost slides off. It takes lot of messing with the settings before I can get it to level out. Basically I have to very gradually lower it all the way, then turn it off and on a couple of times, and eventually I can put it back up.If I can find a simple way to fix/avoid the crookedness problem, I would re-rate this as 5/5. It's a great desk otherwise.Great product quality. Excellent packaging eliminates damage in transit. Manual could be a little bit detailed in regards to controller operation. The seller responds very promptly.It is good and sturdy office adjustable desk. Installation guide is clear. The desktop is beautiful and functional.This desk is great it only took me 10 mins to assemble and the bamboo top is super solid and looks amazingSo I got my first one of these three years ago. I loved it and so did my wife. I'm one of those people who swear they will write a review as I find them super useful when buying a product but always get too busy and forget. I'm glad to give something back to a system I leach off of all the time.Anyways, My wife is now setting up a home office in addition to the one I have. So now we need two of these as she doesn't want a desk you can only sit at. This thing is sweet as you can put it all the way above standing elbow level (I'm 5'11) and it doesn't become unsteady. This thing is rock solid and I know it is silly but I am impressed by the hydraulic whirr it makes when going up and down. I'm tempted to sit on it and see if it can lift 172 lbs of me but not curious enough to chance breaking it. I have leaned on it while standing and it remains steady. When working multiple hours it is nice to change positions. My lower back seems to get sore when sitting too long. I also really like the floor matt with the ball like thing in the middle. I put my arches on it and it kinda massages it (no not as good as a real foot massage). It's very rare that I buy the same thing twice, especially when it is expensive but this desk is that good. Whew, I feel relieved to have given back to the reviewing community.Update: so they definitely have improved the product. The bamboo table is prettier and now has beveled smooth edges instead of sharp edges. Motor control unit has bigger digital numbers. Still has the rock solid hydraulics. Good to see the items are getting higher quality and not cheaper.
