I bought this product in 2021 and after few months, it started having issue going to it's minimum height - 74. Not almost a year and it is even verse can't use it at all.I will try to check with Vivo if they can fix it or replace it. I don't recommend buying this product.Edit:Excellent support from Vivo team, steps shared to reset the height did wonder and it worked out very well.It was pretty straightforward to put together. The instructions were a 7 or 8 out of 10. It took some time to assess their meaning, but overall logical. The cardboard box it came in was useful for assembling to avoid scratching the desktop. Most importantly for me is that it is solid enough when in standing mode (all the way up). That doesn't mean it doesn't move some. It just doesn't have enough total weight to make it more sturdy. But, I didn't want super heavy as I like to move the desk for cleaning and adjustment arrangement. It handles my 32" monitor with the VIVO VESA monitor stand (which actually accentuates movement because of how I have it positioned - so, improved placement might minimize more), laptop, keyboard, mouse, and wireless phone chargers. I added a clamp-on power (3 outlets, one USB-C, and one USB-A charging port). It takes a moment to go up and down, but it does it without any pause, and it only takes about 5-6 seconds to go between both extremes of up and down.Overall, this has been a good purchase and I would recommend it for a home office.I picked this model for its ability to preset 3 different heights - as a bonus it displays actual height. Since I switch from sitting to standing several times a day, a simple push of the preset height makes it real easy. The supporting cross beam makes it sturdy in the fully raised position (it would wobble without it). Instructions are reasonably clear and this table supports 2 large 26” monitors and a docking station for my laptop. I can lean on it in the fully raised position without fearing that it would tip over - the legs and feet are heavy-duty. Only complaint is that UPS delivered it and the box was severely damaged on the outside. Since they just dropped it off in my driveway, they were long gone by the time I found it, otherwise I would have refused delivery. Fortunately the parts inside were not damaged with the only problem that the bag of screws was ripped and screws were missing, some probably fell out of the holes in the damaged box. I contacted the manufacturer via their website chat and got immediate help. They offered to take it back, but I opted for having them send me a set of screws instead (the hassle of shipping back a broken box didn’t seem like a good idea). They put a set of screws in the mail the next morning and I got them within a couple of days, no cost to me. Point being, excellent customer service. Good to have since the motor and electronics might fail one day and need replacement. It's definitely worth it if you can respect the weight limit. I have two 15.6" laptops (w/Vivo clamp-on stands), two 27" monitors, two Lenovo Tiny computers, a pair of speakers, phones, a bunch of power supplies and a power bar, a network switch, a clamp-on keyboard tray, and an assortment of hard drives, and it's not struggling or being weird. I kind of eyeballed the weight on those items and there may be room for another monitor or two (possibly with a stand) before I hit the barrier. Since the first one worked out so well, I purchased two more of these desks. Not quite as robust as the multi-motor versions (which I have also owned), but for the price, it's difficult to complain. When the particle board top inevitably fails, it'll be worth replacing it with plywood. This desk is PERFECT.. it looks nice, suuuper expensive (I have the light wood with white), and makes standing while working easy. You just press a button and it automatically adjusts to you. If I could give it 100 stars I would!!Error code is being displayed after using the height adjustment a handful of times. Performed all trouble shooting and still getting the same error code. There are numerous reviews regarding the same error code. Buyer beware. Currently waiting on a response from the company but not expecting much, the motor may be bad (again only used it handful of times), faulty wiring, or bad interface.I love the quality, look and features of this desk! I've had it for 6 months. But after trying to find a bunch of different office chairs to work with it's height-I've given up and have to get rid of it.I should have more accurately measure the lowest height before buying this. It doesn't go low enough to fit any average office chair (offiice chairs typically have a max height of 21-22"). This only fits a chair around 27" inches of height (a draft chair).Other than that, it's a wonderful, high quality desk.easy to install. i will i could buy one more but the price has increased a lot.First up, the engineering and quality overall is great. This is a much more robust desk than the IKEA versions, benefiting from two cross-braces. The height adjust system is smooth and strong, and the memory feature is more useful than you'd think. It's clear that this is where the money went. There are two areas where corner were cut. The desk top is quite low quality - thin, with a surface finish that is sub-par for half the price. Additionally, the packaging uses a huge amount of Styrofoam. That's not okay in 2021.So Im a software engineer, I'm not sure if I type more than other people who use this desk but it gets pretty wabbly, esp if you have stands or arms and use more than one monitor on a daily basis. The motor is great, height memory is very useful; I can click a button and its the perfect standing desk height. The top of the desk is VERY flimsy, and I constantly hit my knee and chin on the bridge below the desk that provides structural support between the legs. I constantly have bruises on my legs -_-''I was a little skeptical when I initially bought this. I wanted a standing desk that was not too big, but was concerned that a cheaper one would be either flimsy or the mechanism would be awful. Both of these fears turned out to be unfounded with this desk. I've been very happy with it!Assembly goes fine as long as you are patient and follow the directions as written. There are a couple tricky parts where the orientation of the part is not CLEAR, but if you take your time and read the directions from start to finish BEFORE you start assembling the desk it will not be confusing. The mechanism is smooth and offers three memory positions, and the controls have a feature where you press any of them once to "activate" the controls, then it will respond to the button you press. This prevents accidental movement if you bump the controls. The desk is very sturdy and does not wiggle or wobble even when using the desk with some pressure. I have no concerns over recommending this desk to anyone.Been using this desk for about a month now.. motor, memory settings for sit and stand are great! I find it wobbly when standing and typing just moving my hands around typing the entire top wobbles, causing the monitors to wobble slightly. (Yes, everything is screwed on tight).Had some minor challenges assembling the table but was pretty quickly fixed.Great value for what's currently on the market..I was in desperate need of a desk. It was about time to upgrade from my dining table to proper desk. Having seen a few desks, this one appealed to be as the specs suggested it was big enough and still sturdy.. more on that later. The package was delivered by a supplier whose delivery person signed for it even without delivering it.. it took almost a week to get the item delivered. The packaging was great. It was well protected.. when opening the box and reading the instruction manual.. I realised it wasn’t going to be easy until I found a video online showing how to assemble. Everything was straight forward afterward. The motor works perfect and does it well. The table itself wobbles, moves side to side. I just have 2 monitors a laptop and keyboard so it’s not even top heavy.. I tried to check if it was a fault with the install.. but no.. each piece and screw seems to be done right., but still wobbles. This has now just put me off from standing alltogether as standing makes it worse.. all in all., I am disappointed. For the money it cost me. I was expecting more,. This is an ordinary desk and nothing much.
