I was nervous to buy this desk as there weren't many reviews, but I've been very happy with it minus a few small drawbacks.The upsides:1. Great value.2. Assembly was fairly easy. It's true that the instructions were unclear at points, but even when the instructions were unclear it was easy to figure out.3. The desk feels very sturdy, and the height adjustment works well.4. The locking wheel option as a base makes it easy to move the desk as needed.The downsides:1. The part that plugs into the wall makes a tiny whirring sound when plugged in. It is too small to notice if I'm listening to music or in a meeting, but if I'm working in silence I have to unplug the desk because it will start to bother me. This isn't a big issue for me because I just keep it unplugged most of the time and plug it back in only to change heights.2. The color difference between the surface panels in the wide version is not very attractive. This is visible in the photos, but I didn't quite realize how weird it looked until I set it up in my own office.3. I'm short, and I do wish the lowest height setting was a little lower. I have this problem with pretty much every desk though, since the lowest height setting seems to be the standard desk height. I have to use a tall chair and a stool to rest my feet on.In summary, I'm very happy with this desk. There are a few drawbacks to be aware of before purchasing, but at least for me it's absolutely worth the price.I recommend this product. I have been on a narrow desk, and this opened up a lot of desk space. It feels like you are installing a center piece. One tip, tighten every bolt right. I’m very pleased.The only flaw I have with the desk is the wood section is two pieces and not one, but other then that the desk is great…This desk seems surprisingly sturdy with wooden pegs used to piece the desktop together. My desk also came with a defective caster but the seller immediately sent me a replacement set when requested.For the price the desk is definitely worth the money. I was a little leery about ordering a such a cheap price with no reviews, was not disappointed when I got the desk it was very nicely packaged nothing was broke nothing was missing feels very high quality.
