Adjust to the Desired Height When your control panel is installed and the desk is attached to a power source, press and hold the up or down arrow until your desk reaches the desired height. Press “M” to Store Setting To save your preferred height, press “M”. The letter “S-” will be displayed. Then press “1”, “2”, or “3” within 5 seconds to store the height in memory. Set Helpful Reminders Set the timer by pressing “T”. The display will flash “0.5h” (30 minutes). Then press “T” repeatedly to increase the time frame.
