The chair arrived quickly to me about 2 months ago. It was packaged nicely, and it was easy to put together. The chair is soft, and the color is spot on to what I thought I would get when I ordered. I get SO many compliments on it. It is comfortable for me, but I've had other coworkers who are larger than I am (5'6 240 lbs) say it is NOT comfortable for them. My main issue, is that I probably have at LEAST 50 of these little tiny silver balls ALL over my office. They are falling out of the chair from what I am assuming are the wheel barrings. Just from looking down I count over 20 easily around me right now. The wheels still work, on my mat but they are not rolling as smooth as when I first got it. I LOVE this chair, don't get me wrong I just really don't like these little balls all over my office within only the first two months of having the chair. I would recommend, with reservations.
