So my neck and back started hurting recently because I've been working late into the night sitting in my old chair that had no back or seat support since it had been over-utilized the past 3 years from working from home. At this point, there was no cushion. It was falling apart due to cheap material and my cats clawing at the side of the chair like a cat scratcher to get my attention as I worked hard in front of my computer over the years.Enough was enough. I had to get a new chair with my back pain being so persistent these days. I can't focus nearly as well. Since it was hurting, I was willing to invest more than I had originally invested previously, which was about $150. The back pain has been interrupting my workflow and motivation the past week.So I began the search far and wide on Amazon. Carefully reading and sorting through reviews while also checking on Fakespot to see how accurate these reviews were. I narrowed down to this chair and a few others on Amazon. I've always liked executive style chairs more so because of the soft cushioned support and warmth that the leather retains.1st of all I love the design. It's sleek without looking overly bulky. Also it's actually made out of leather. Not PU or some other fake leather. It's real. Also the seats are truly bolstered as pictured. It gives you that elevated feel as you sit high on the chair. There's good back support as well so I am correcting my hunched over posture, which in my case was a MUST. I love how I can extend my legs out with the leg rest now. This is important for me considering I usually like my legs lifted up and I always feel uncomfortable when my legs dangle awkwardly at my height of 5'4". It was important for me to find a chair with a high back considering my neck has also been hurting. The extra support totally helps to keep my head elevated at the right angle. When I want to lie down, I can unlock the seat from below and move the seat backward to recline in a 155 degree position. Perfect for when I want to take a quick break or nap without running to my bed. It helps to stretch out my back and ease the pain with this function. And it's TOTALLY comfortable to take a nap. Just grab a blanket! Putting the massage pillow on my back as I lie there on this office recliner chair is truly a heavenly experience. I was skeptical about the pillow, but it has worked out pretty good. Wish it was slightly stronger or had shiatsu type function, but I can't complain considering everything else is spectacular! I may just buy like a shiatsu type seat cushion later to elevate the experience further.I literally got this in the mail today, and I'm already writing this review even though I've only tested it out for an hour. You could say I was eager to share my findings since it resolved a lot of my discomfort. I've added 5 photos of my new office chair to this review. You can see the seat upright, reclined, with the leg seat out, close up and with my IG famous cat @nana_the_kitty comfortably sitting on the chair.Assembly of this chair was easy like everyone else has said here. They really made them into simple components that could be built out fairly quickly. It probably took 20 mins to build the whole chair. This was probably the fastest and easiest build I've ever had. Normally, I struggle to build the chair at some point. Sometimes even getting hurt since I have to use brute force to make the components fit together or screw in. The manufacturer truly worked on making the components with precision. So you will be surprised how easy it is to build compared to all the Ikea products, random chairs, and furnitures you've probably built over the years.Overall, the experience with this executive style chair has been phenomenal within the past hour since it has relieved a lot of neck and back pain. It has made sitting in front of the computer bearable. The fact that it's an office chair while also being a recliner and massage chair makes this chair worth every penny! Run and grab yours today!
