Very comfortable, easy to follow directions, took about 30 minutes to assemble. I have mobility issues and needed a chair that could support my weight. This chair is perfect. The fabric is still milar to a terry cloth feel, but is soft. The back isn't too tall so it's not big and invasive in my dining/office area. Sturdy construction and I feel secure knowing it will support me and not fall apart.The arms fold up so I can roll the chair under my desk to get it out of the walk way. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.
