I ordered this chair for the space saving/mobility feature in a tight space that I have as it does not have arms. Chair came it a little unleveled and co texted the seller. The seller was extremely responsive and helpful. They provided alternative and later sent out a replacement chair right away. Chair is perfect! Comfortable, feels soft, and has a great color/material. Great customer service and great chair!I needed a new chair at my sewing table. This one is perfect. It’s sturdy and of good quality. The chair was super easy to put together. I’m happy.A little more padding would be nice. Becomes uncomfortable when there are long sessions on the computer, otherwise AOK. However, that may be a benefit, discouraging too much sitting.Overall not a bad aesthetic looking chair! I was expecting the color to be a bit darker when it arrived but overall a nice brown, the comfort level is what is a little disappointing as those little cushion pads don’t really do a whole lot, but nothing a small pillow can’t fix, I can sit about 4 hours in this chair until I need some extra cushion, super easy to put together I will say and honestly really aesthetic, which is something I was looking for. The material is very nice as the base is not plastic and solid iron, and the faux leather feels absolutely real. If you can overlook the slight uncomfortableness after a handful of hours sitting then this I believe is the task chair for you.Exactly what I was looking for! The perfect size and style for whar we needed but there are two annoying problems. First, the wheels do not stay locked into the chair base. They occasionally fall off when rolling / moving the chair. Second, the chair height moves when you initially sit on the chair. You continuously have to adjust the height.Excellent, looks much more expensive than it is and rolls around extremely smoothly! I added an extra lumbar pillow for some support because the seat is a little deep for me, but very pleased so far. Awesome addition to my WFH set up!
