Great product and exactly what we needed! I was able to assemble this in very little time and quickly adjust the height when I realized I wanted it a little lower.Loved this product! Loved this price! Very sturdy, easy to assemble but not too heavy so it was also easy to move around. We are so happy to have this!Very solid and easy to assemble.The problem is that the wheels are much cheaper than the rest of it. Plastic, weak, shaky, and the breaks randomly engage when you're wheeling it around. For almost $200, I should not have to lift it over every small bump on the floor.Wow, this is a great, sturdy and good looking podium. Our hotel wanted to charge $300 to rent a podium. This is a great alternative.Very well made and usable. We had a pastor from Mexico actually measuring it. He wanted to make one for himself! I told him we would buy him one, and they love it as well.I love this lecturn! I purchased it to study on instead of sitting all the time. I was worried if the highest setting would bring my books high enough for me to read without slouching but this works great.Here are the measurements of the surfaces at the highest setting.Floor to lower shelf: 30 1/2 inchesFloor to lower lip of main surface (where books would rest on the lip): 44 1/4 inchesFloor to mid-way up the slant of the main surface: 46 1/2 inchesFloor to top of main surface: 48 1/2 inchesI am 5 feet 5 inches tall and the highest setting is a comfortable height for me.I also like that the bottom shelf is high enough so that I don't bump my knees on it.Bottom shelf is 23 1/2 inches wide by 7 1/2 inches deep. However, there is an open space behind the bottom shelf which allows me to place my binders and books on it: just over 10 1/2 inches deep if you utilize the open space.Top surface is 23 1/2 inches wide by just under 15 3/4 inches deep (tall) from top of wood surface to metal lip that keeps papers/books from sliding off the surface.Lastly, there is an outlet "hole" (common on many office desks) at the top right-hand corner of the main surface: starts 1 inch down from the top of the surface and 2 1/4 inches in from the right side of the main surface; approximately 2 inches in diameter.Hope this answers any questions.This is a very superior portable lectern. Well made, sturdy, and very functional with smooth casters that also lock when needed. I am very impressed with this product which I plan to donate to an organization where I volunteer. It will be used for its speaker program in a fairly small room. Since the room is occasionally used for other events, portability is a definite plus. The height is adjustable, but the screws must be readjusted to do that. However, I think this type of design makes the lectern more stable. Everything is finished smoothly with no rough edges. The screw holes line up properly and there were actually a few extra screws. The top shelf is roomy with a lip that will prevent papers from sliding off. The second shelf is narrower but can accommodate papers, books, or a bottle of water. It arrived as promised and nothing was damaged. I highly recommend this lectern if you need something that can be moved around to different areas.We used this in a pinch for our Middle School ceremony and it looks excellent! We were so happy, We are keeping this one. It does need a microphone stand and clip that you can easily buy separately on here. It was a “suggested item” for us.ExcellentIt's a great product, very strong and easy to assemble. I bought this for a church and because we don't have a hall of our own, we hire a venue which means I have to assemble it every Sunday and it takes me about 10minutes to do.
