It was easy to put together and didn’t take long. Comfortable for sitting long hours at the computer. Would buy again!Only took 20 minutes to put together. Instructions very easy. I ordered the Pink Rose Gold Chair. Omg so beautiful and color is true to online pictures. Definitely rose gold (pink) and giving sophisticated vibes!! I will say the arm pieces were not directly centered to the holes but if you put a little muscle behind it then you will be able to match up the holes so you can put in the screws. Really wasnt that big of a deal like another customer mentioned so don't let that prevent you from purchasing. I am beyond pleased!!!Well the arm of the chair arrived damaged along with several of the small covers for the bolts of the chair, it was exceptional quality and look just like depicted. Super easy to assemble but their customer support was completely nonresponsive when I requested a new arm to replace the damaged one. I have never heard from them cents… Even though they say that they have a quick 1 to 2 day turnaround time, this simply is not true! So if any of the product is damaged, you’re on your own and I wouldn’t recommend you waste your time reaching out to customers support because that is not an option with this company. I ended up having to try to fix the arm to my chair alone and just dealt with the chipped covers because the amount of work trying to get a response just wasn’t worth it. If I were you I would buy the chair from another seller. Perhaps one that stands behind their product and actually provides customer service.These are the perfect chairs for my home office. The grey velvet-ish fabric is soft, the rhinestones are fun, and the gold metal matches my decor. They arrived faster than scheduled and were safely packaged. They were easy to put together except for the arm holes. As another reviewer mentioned they don’t line up well and we had to use a mallet to get them in. One broke which is a bummer (pictured). I may reach out to customer service to see if they can be replaced. Overall, they’re great chairs that go up and down by lever and they swivel around which is nice. They are not padded but I find them comfortable for the amount of time I sit in them. I also put our old office chair next to them for size reference.Love the look, it definitely completes my vision of how I wanted my home office to look... but it’s not that good of quality. When you sit in it you can tell it’s a bit cheap and it creaks a lot every time you move which is the part that annoys me the most. I was gonna return it but I haven’t found anything else I want to replace it with so I might just keep it until I do. It’ll have to do for now.I just put two of these together so I can't speak to how it hold up. But from first impression this chair is more off white an pure white as seen next to my desk. The base is actual metal vs plastic which is nice . Keep in mind the color is more brass or antique gold than yellow or 14k gold tone. Boxed well but plastic inside was dusty and there were some marks on the upholstery so I carefully removed all the plastic. Arms of chair have a white material BUT is NOT padded what so ever. Also when putting on the arms you will need a rubbed mallot or something that will not scratch the bolt plug to cover the hole. As the plugs did not go in easily as you can see in one of my photos. I was so excited to get these not sure I am totally happy with the purchase at $170Thread is falling apart on the arm rests, zipper is low quality plastic that gets jammed easily. The chair also came dirty on one side which is very obvious if you purchase white. Additionally, the white is more of a cream color so the product picture is misleading. Giving it 3 stars since it does look nice and isn’t uncomfortable, but for $200+ it should have way better quality control.
